History
In 1955 Continental Credit Association (CCA) was incorporated by two attorneys to serve specialized collection needs. In 1971 the current CEO, Jerry Garrison, joined the firm to provide billing expertise. In 1972 CCA began athletic club billing account, now a specialty. In 1985, John Weigant, now President, joined to provide computer and systems expertise. Also joining in the mid 80’s were Sharon Newell, Receivables Manager, and Tammy Fales, Billing Manager. They are supported by a growing staff of professional collectors and billing clerks. The varied skills of the management team complement one another for extremely effective and efficient operations to give customers top service at a low price.
Today.
CCA has two divisions – Collections and Billing – each supported by specialized software to maximize efficiency. Both divisions offer payers flexibility, to pay automatically by Bank draft or credit card, or manually by coupon booklet or statement. About half of the collection accounts, and most billing accounts, are for athletic club contracts.
The billing department answers the phone "Payment Division," acting as your own Accounts Receivable department. It also offers a front desk management system for health clubs – one of the least expensive and most effective in the nation.
Our collection clients tell us we deliver where others have failed, because of our long experience with athletic clubs. We work hard to meet the needs of payers, to establish payment plans that will retain them as your repeat customers. Under development is an internet payment system to allow payers even more flexibility to pay their bills.
